What EcoLoofahVN supplies
EcoLoofahVN manufactures and exports natural loofah bath, body and kitchen products from Vietnam. We buy fibre directly from growers in Central Vietnam, process it in our own three factories — Dak Lak, Gia Lai and Binh Duong — and ship on our own export documents. Buy our eight standard SKUs wholesale, put your brand on them under private label, or develop a new size or shape under OEM/ODM. MOQ is 100 pcs per SKU, with up to 3 free samples.

Where the fibre comes from
Our loofah is grown by smallholders in Central Vietnam, a region that sees several storms in a typical year. We buy directly from growers at agreed prices rather than on the spot market, which keeps fibre supply and quality steadier for your reorders and gives growers a buyer they can plan around.
What we will not claim
It is worth being direct about this, because the claims below are common in our category and we cannot support them for these products.

Buyer questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
100 pcs per SKU. You can mix SKUs in one order; the minimum applies to each SKU.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Up to 3 free samples per request; you cover the courier. We confirm the selection and courier cost before dispatch.
How long does production take?
It depends on the SKUs, quantity and whether the order carries your own packaging. We confirm the lead time in the quotation after sample and artwork approval.
What payment terms do you use?
30% deposit on a stock-packaging order, 50% when the order carries your own label or printed box, balance against shipping documents. Air shipments are settled in full before the goods are handed over at the airport.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin (the form depends on the destination — EUR.1 for the EU under the EVFTA, Form B as standard), and a Phytosanitary Certificate and Fumigation Certificate where the destination requires them. Batch moisture readings are available on request. Laboratory testing is arranged separately on request.
